photoswithjson – Part 2

Last month I posted a few behind-the-scenes photos from Jason shooting my Focus for his blog. As I had mentioned then, Jason was busily coordinating photo shoots with local cars, and at the end of the season the Focus was added to the list of cars shot. It wasn’t long after that winter showed up and snow covered everything.

This morning the post went up and I promptly headed over to his blog to read it. All I can say is THANK YOU JASON! The photos are stunning (see the example above) and he put together an awesome write-up for it. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.  The photos will be a great reminder of how the Focus ended the 2013 season and act as something to compare it to when it goes back in summer mode next year. As Jason said, “I can tell he wants to gradually move up to items that are more aggressive” and he’s right.

Working on the stance with new wheels and suspension is at the top of my list for 2014 and while the car will still be kept sensible enough to keep acting as the daily (with semi-regular use in the winter), it will progressively get a little more aggressive. Don’t think it’s because I’m unhappy with how the car is now; it’s because I want to see what the car can become and I want to keep trying to improve it.

Anyway, back to Jason’s work – I won’t repost any more than the one photo here, so you’ll all have to head over to lifewithjson to see the rest. Check out the other shoots while you’re there; Jason was busy this year.
